Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the product.

2. When You Can Request a Refund

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will gladly help if:

  • You experienced a technical problem (the file won't download or is corrupted) and we are unable to fix it.
  • You were charged twice or purchased the same product by mistake.
  • The product is materially not as described.
